To run the Kilmer Conference in Athens, Greece aimed at esteemed professionals in microbiological quality, assurance of sterility and infection control from industry, academia, regulatory authorities and healthcare delivery organisations – Johnson & Johnson’s first in-person conference since 2019.
We created a system to manage the recordings of each session and divide them up into each presentation for use on the Kilmer Website as a catalogue of content. We also took in 40 or so presentations with slide reviews on-site.
We delivered full set design, AV and stage management, production and delivery for the 3-day conference, welcoming 300 delegates, organising 50 presentations and producing two awards shows. The client was very pleased with the outcome of the event.
