Brief

Approached by Dufry to produce their Capital Markets Day 2022 at the Londoner, showcasing their new company strategy “Destination 2027” and as a global leading travel experience player, Dufry’s new purpose – to make travellers happier.

 

Solution

An immersive experience was created including various areas for brand engagement related to F&B, immersive LED store setup with participant engagement in the middle and gamification of geographical diversification and customer knowledge. Guests could participate both in person or alternatively view the presentations via live webcast.

 

Execution

Providing full event production, we delivered an event that represented the pillars of Dufry’s new strategy. Focusing on launching a travel experience revolution through creating a unique, new value proposition for customers. The event was very well received, especially taking many last-minute requests and a tight time frame into consideration. Dufry particularly appreciated all the great advice that was given to them throughout the duration of the project with such a short turn-around on production this insight and foresight was essential to the event’s success.
