Brief

To manage an entire conference programme alongside the Unions’ in-house event team.

Solution

We integrated ourselves into the team and were able to bring another perspective to a lot of discussions which in-turn pushed the Union to further their ambitions for the conference.

Execution

Working with the Union conference team we designed, sourced and managed AV across all breakout rooms and plenary spaces, including catering for the rider of the vice president of India. Design, source and manage all exhibitors, their booths and the infrastructure. Including creating a two storey structure of an innovation zone and food/drinks bar and publicly accessible outdoor exhibitor zone.
