CEW Beauty Awards Product Demonstration Event

This years event will take place at the Business Design Centre on March 29th 2022. In order to ensure all sponsors and demonstrators are able to unload their materials easily, you are required to book a slot in the loading bay.

Loading Bay

To allow you to safely and efficiently unload, there is a large loading bay at the Business Design Centre.

Located to the rear of the BDC on Liverpool Road – satnav postcode N1 0QH.
Look for the ‘Goods In’ sign between Bromfield Street and Barford Street.
All visitors must report to the security office on arrival.
High visibility clothing must be worn in the loading bay.
Please keep your hazard lights on when moving and limit your speed to 5mph.
All rubbish must be taken away by exhibitors. We charge a fee to dispose of anything left behind.
Height restriction: 3.0m
No children allowed in the loading bay at any time.

There is one goods lifts in the loading bay to help you deliver stands and other event materials.

Main Hall goods lift

Capacity – 3000kg.
Size – 3900mm long x 1900mm wide x 1900mm high.

Please be aware that there are several doorways you will need to pass through when transporting materials from the goods lift to the exhibition spaces.

Demonstrators with a single box can carry this through the main front door of the BDC, anything above this quantity must come in a vehicle via the loading bay.

Please ensure you book against the correct date. Event Date: 29th March 2022

Delivery Window: 13:00 – 15:00
Collection Window: 19:00 – 21:30
If both delivery and collection are needed, complete one booking for delivery, then repeat to book a second slot for collection.
